Order information — the products you order, quantities, variants, prices, and pickup/delivery preferences.
Payment information — payments are processed via Selcom mobile money. We store the transaction reference and status, not your mobile-money PIN.
Usage data — basic device and app information used to keep the service secure and working.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account and process your orders.
To collect payments, calculate shipping and delivery, and arrange pickup or delivery.
To send you order updates (e.g. "arrived — pay shipping", "ready for pickup") by SMS.
To provide customer support and improve our service.

3. Sharing Your Information

We only share what is necessary to deliver our service:

Selcom — to process mobile-money payments.
Our SMS provider — to send order notifications.
Transporters / couriers — when you choose paid delivery, to deliver your order.
Authorities — where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Payments are handled on Selcom's secure platform, and access to your data is limited to authorised staff.

5. Your Rights

You may access, update or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You can edit most details directly in your profile.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account and order records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
