By using esa.co.tz or the ESA mobile app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Your Account
- Provide accurate information and keep your phone number and details up to date.
- Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Ordering & Sales Windows
Products are offered during open sales windows, each with its own pricing and per-variant limits. Placing an order is an offer to buy; an order is confirmed once payment is received.
3. Payment
Payments are made via Selcom mobile money (USSD push). You will receive a prompt on your phone to confirm with your PIN. Shipping and any domestic delivery fees are paid separately when your order arrives.
4. Fulfillment, Pickup & Delivery
Orders are procured and shipped to Tanzania, then made available for pickup at ESA, or for paid delivery to your area where you request it. You will be notified by SMS at each stage. Orders may be fulfilled in multiple dispatches depending on availability.
5. Pricing & Availability
Prices, availability and limits are set per sales window and may change. In the rare event of a pricing or stock error, we may correct it or cancel the affected order and refund you.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, place fraudulent orders, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ESA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
